Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the pravelgromelnexora.casa website (the “Service”) operated by VV Forked Flavors Co., Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service within the territory of Vietnam and internationally.
2. Manufacturing & Custom Orders
- Design Accuracy: When providing digital files (.STL, .STEP, etc.) or physical samples for scanning, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions. We manufacture according to the provided specifications.
- Material Suitability: While we offer professional recommendations on materials (ASA, Nylon, etc.), the final selection and its application to a specific vehicle are the responsibility of the customer.
- Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, once a print job has commenced, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VV Forked Flavors.
- User Content: By uploading 3D designs to our Site, you warrant that you own the rights to said designs or have the legal authority to manufacture them. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual property laws or copyright.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Đồng (VND) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have already ordered, we will honor the price at the time of the order.
- Payment must be received in full before manufacturing begins unless a corporate credit account has been pre-approved.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide shipping across Vietnam using local couriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our 3D printing services to manufacture:
- Weapons, firearm components, or tactical gear.
- Items that infringe upon the trademark or patent of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) for commercial resale.
- Illegal or regulated substances/paraphernalia.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VV Forked Flavors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) any product manufactured by us used in a high-risk automotive environment.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
